Milling is similar to drilling
Milling is similar to drilling, in that it uses a rotating cylindrical cutting tool to achieve the desired final product. The difference however, is that the cutter in the milling machine is able to move along multiple axis. This means the milling machine is capable of creating a wide range of shapes, holes and slots.
Using this technique, we can produce exceptionally precise, high quality products.

CNC Milling provides high efficiency and a fast turnaround when machining smaller items compared with setting up and operating the larger CNC Routers.
Materials and products
The versitility of the CNC Milling machine allows for a variety of smaller parts or products to be machined.
Materials that can be milled are exactly the same materials that can be Routed, for example;
Nylon 6, Cast Nylon, Nylatron MoS2, Glass Filled Nylon, HDPE, LDPE, PE1000, PE500, PTFE, PVDF, PP, uPVC and many others.
