During a recent annual quality assessment from one of our major customers it was calculated that in 2019 we had machined and supplied the customer with over 13,500 parts.

The reject rate calculated by the customer for the year was 0.11% which equates to 14.85 parts rejected.

A number of the 0.11% rejected parts were due to incorrectly supplied drawings by the customer, these accounted for 2 parts.

Therefore, after machining and delivering over 13,500 parts just 12.85 were rejected, or 0.095%

We believe this is a prime example of the time and effort we expend in ensuring that we implement the highest quality machining physically possible, and why our valued customers trust us with their machining requirements.
