Our Engineers hold the knowledge and expertise to assemble your equipment for a pre delivery shake down and test, or, to save you valuable time.
Assembling of machined and free issued parts
We have experience in carrying out in-house assembly using the components that we have machined and free issue parts from our customers.
Our assembly service can cut down the delivery time for our customers to their customers by the time saved in shipping parts around the country, or indeed overseas.
We are also able to offer non-destructive testing such as hydraulic testing, dimensional testing, and operational testing were suitable.
Trial builds or final builds
By using our in-house assembly service for newly designed products, any potential adjustments that may be required are highlighted before delivery takes place and as such can be addressed quickly and efficiently.
We can deliver your assembled component or we can carry out a trial assembly followed by dis-assembly and delivery giving our customers the satisfactiin that they know the components will fit correctly when assembled at their final destination.
